The Challenge

In India, Immigration applicants are getting scammed by fake consultants; who have not been verified by ICCRC - the board that proves their legitimacy. Frauds have found their way around the situation by putting a fake ICCRC logo on their websites to make them look verified. People fall for such consultants without a hint about the situation.

There are tens of thousands of consultancy firms in the Punjab region of India, and among those, only a handful are legit consultants. It gets very frustrating for an immigration applicant to distinguish between them.

10,000

Nearly

Immigration agencies

Whereas, only 1,181 immigration consultants are registered and verified in the punjab region of India

The immigration consultation industry has surely grown a lot in the past few years. But along with that it has gotten even harder to distinguish between real consultants and fraud ones. Which has led to disastrous situations for immigration applicants.

Stressful situation

IRCC applications could take months to process completely and during that time applicant is quite stressed.

No secure way to send documents

Consultants apply for the applicants’ applications and hence need their documents, they prefer whatsapp or email to send those important documents

Word of mouth

When it comes to choosing a consultant, in most cases, clients believe in word of mouth rather then finding their own.

Communication problem

Applicants have problem communicating properly with their consultants once they have paid their fees and would rarely pick their call

Target Audience

Immigration applicants from India who are trying to find a consultant for their visa filing and submission.

STORIES

Armita Sain, 22 years old, recently graduated from one of the universities in Punjab, is trying to go abroad for her higher studies and for that she is considering hiring a consulting firm for her visa to Canada.

She has very little knowledge about the immigration process so she is also taking the help of the internet to educate herself about the process.

Manas Sharma, 28 years old, who tried hiring a consultant last year over a word of mouth for the consultant’s legitimacy, turned out to be a bad consultant who ended up not granting him a visa to work in Canada.

He’s going for another application and needs a legit and transparent consultant. He’s more conscious this time while picking a consultant

Flying Immigration consultant is an authorized immigration consulting company in the Jalandhar region of Punjab. Because there are so many firms around their firm, which makes hard to get recognised as an official ICCRC member with a licence number.

FRUSTRATIONS

Finding a clear and concise information and the visa process is quite hard to understand

Too many consultants to choose from

Not easy to distinguish fraud from the legit consultants

Gets overwhelmed by directly getting on a call with someone before knowing them

Has trouble distinguishing a fraud from the legit consultants

Demotivated due to the past experience with a consultant

Don’t want to trust a consultant now, unless the consultant is completely transparent with him about everything that he does.

Gets overwhelmed by looking at all these immigration-related banners all over the streets.

Finding it hard to get the recognition that they need

Their advertisement gets merged with the other bright banners which are available on the streets

Disappointed for not getting enough clients

Wasting their precious money on getting more clients

Problem Statement

Immigration applicants are having communication issues with their consultants and need a way for their consultants to feel obliged to respond to their queries because due to the consultant’s ignorance and negligence applicants are stressed and are having a hard time trusting their consultants.

Solution Statement

Zara.co will provide a systematic approach for the immigration consultants where they get monitored and run on an established code of conduct so that the applicants can see their legitimacy and get to choose their consultants without worrying about being getting scammed
